FOOT WIDTH

Taking care when measuring will help us get the right fitting product to you first time.
Using a fabric tape measure place it on the floor cm side down. Download and print a measuring tape here.
Put your foot flat and stand firmly on the tape measure.
Measure around the circumference of your foot at its widest point. This is usually from the bone just below your big toe, to the bone below your little toe (the tape measure should be at a slight angle).
Make a note of your measurement. Foot size can vary, so please measure both feet and use the wider measurement.
In the Search by Size box, click on your continental foot size and then choose your corresponding width fitting; ‘narrow’, ‘standard’ or ‘wide’. E.g. if you are a foot size 37 and your feet measure 21.5cm then you would be ‘narrow’.

Please quote your continental shoe size when ordering your DUO shoes. We don’t yet offer half sizes so if you are between sizes please decide whether to go up or down according to your chosen style.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I am buying from DUO for the first time, is there anything I should bear in mind?

Slim heels - when buying a pair of boots or shoes with a slim heel, the pressure exerted on the heel is significant and the curvier the wearer, the quicker the rubber ‘heel tip’ will wear out. If you plan to wear narrow heeled boots/shoes over extended periods of time, be aware that you will need to replace the heel tips regularly and before the tips wear completely.  

Pointed styles - these boots or shoes can wear more quickly at the toe-piece. The tips should be replaced when they begin to look worn.
