We stock UK sizes 35 (UK2) to 43 (UK10) in our boots and 35 (UK2) to 42 (UK9) in our shoes.
Some styles are only available in UK sizes (UK3) to 42 (UK9).
We aim to stock as many of the current DUO collection styles as possible for you to try.
If you have a particular style in mind, please get in touch with our Bath store directly before your visit to check availability in your size.
For purchases taken away on the day, returns must be made directly to the Bath Store. We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on unsuitable full priced products returned within two weeks of purchase. Credit notes are valid for 6 months.
Unsuitable Sale products must be returned within 7 days of purchase and only exchanges can be offered. Please note that we do not refund unwanted goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
For items that have been delivered to you via our Mail Order service, returns should be posted, within 10 days of receipt, directly to DUO, Unit 12, Vallis Mills Trading Estate, Robins Lane, Frome, Somerset, BA11 3DT, UK.
Please follow the instructions detailed on the front of your despatch note and complete the reverse detailing whether you would like to receive an exchange or a refund.
Alternatively you can drop your return off at our Bath Store. Please note that shop staff will be unable to action your refund/ exchange on site. Your goods will be forwarded to our Warehouse on your behalf where your refund/ exchange will be processed.
All products must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging with the original purchase receipt.
Yes you can. Simply enter the Store Address as your delivery address when ordering online or call our Customer Service Team on 0845 070 5588. Shipping is free for full priced products.
You will be notified by telephone once your order is ready for collection in store. This usually takes up to 7 working days from point of order.
If you are planning to a visit and have a particular style in mind then please telephone us in advance if you would like to reserve an item. Please note that this is dependant on stock availability and at Manager’s discretion. We will put the item to one side taking your name and number with the date of your intended visit. We will only hold items for a limited time and sale items cannot be put on hold.

You can elect to have them delivered to the Bath store for collection. Alternatively, they can be posted to an address of your choice.
For international customers, you can opt to have them delivered internationally to your home address.Worldwide shipping is free for full priced products. If you are located outside of the E.U, you will be exempt from UK VAT. Although please note that import duty charges may apply.
If you have a particular style in mind, please call our Bath store in advance to check availability in your size.
For customers visiting from outside of the E.U, we now offer tax free shopping in stores on all applicable items purchased directly from store. The scheme doesn’t apply to items delivered via our mail order service within the UK. Your order will however be exempt of UK VAT if you opt to have your items delivered outside of the European Union. Worldwide shipping is free for full priced products.
