How do I change my personal details? ▼
If you have created a DUO account, just click into the ‘My account’ link located at the top right hand side of all pages of the website.
Whilst logged into your account you can make any of the necessary changes, including to your billing / delivery address or email address.

I have forgotten my password - how do I log in? ▼
Just click into the ‘My account’ link located at the top right hand side of the all pages of the website, and then you will be diverted to the log in page. Underneath the log in details there will be a ‘Forgotten your password?’ link. You will be asked to enter the email address you opened your account with, followed by the answer to the security question you provided when you signed up.
