What delivery options do I have? ▼

In stock goods are delivered within 5 working days of the date we receive your order.
A signature will be required upon receipt; it is therefore not possible to deliver goods to PO boxes or packing stations.
We will always insure your ordered items for shipping and each product you order is individually packaged, therefore shipping costs are applicable per item.
Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
What is your "Standard" delivery? ▼
With our ‘Standard’ delivery service, in stock goods are delivered within 7 working days of the date we receive your order. This service is free of charge for full priced products.
Goods that are temporarily out of stock and on order for you will be delivered within 7 working days from the day they become available.
Our Customer Service team will keep you up-to-date with the progress of your order.
If you are not in when the courier tries to deliver your parcel, delivery will be attempted with a neighbour, or left in a secure safeplace. If this is not possible, a calling card will be left, for you to re-arrange a convenient delivery time. There is also the option for you to specify your own delivery instructions to give to the courier, such as a preferred neighbour or safeplace location. A neighbour will be tried as a first point of call. Please note the specified safe place must be within 100 metres of the delivery address and once the item has been delivered to the safe place, it is no longer covered by the carrier’s insurance and is therefore your responsibility.
Boot Trees are free of charge to deliver (within the UK only). If they are in stock, boot trees are delivered within 5 – 7 working days. Please note: Boot trees are posted separately so, if ordered in conjunction with boots, they may arrive at a different time to your boot order.
We are sorry to say that boot trees are not yet available for delivery outside of the UK, and cannot be delivered to BFPO addresses.

What is your "Express" delivery? ▼
Please note this service is not available to BFPO delivery addresses. Boot Trees cannot be sent via Express Delivery.

Can you deliver to an alternate delivery address? ▼
Please note that we do not deliver packages to PO boxes.
Can I change my delivery address once the order has been placed? ▼
What if I am not at home when the delivery of my parcel is attempted? ▼
If you opt for our ‘Standard’ service and you are not in for delivery, our carrier Yodel will try a neighbour first. If there is no answer there, the parcel will be left in a safeplace (dry & out of view). When you place your order, there is also the option for you to specify your own safeplace or specific neighbour to leave the parcel with.
You will have the option to enter a safeplace message when placing your order. This must be a dry and secure location (out of view). If you are not in for delivery, our carrier Royal Mail will leave your parcel in your chosen safeplace. If you have not indicated a safeplace, you will be left a calling card with instructions on how to re-arrange an alternative delivery date, or collect from a local Royal Mail depot.
International deliveries:
Your parcel will require a signature upon receipt, so if you are not at home, a calling card will be left for you. You can then contact the courier to re-arrange the delivery of your parcel to a convenient date.
Do your prices include VAT in all countries and do you take the VAT off when you deliver DUO boots internationally? ▼
PLEASE NOTE - If you are located in Jersey or Guernsey, please ensure you select these as your shipping country to ensure VAT is deducted from your order once added to your shopping bag.

As an international customer, are there any other customer charges or taxes I will have to pay when ordering online? ▼
