Monday to Saturday 10.00 - 18.00
Sundays and Bank Holidays 11.00 - 17.00

What sizes do you stock in Edinburgh? 

 We stock UK sizes 35 (UK2) to 43 (UK10) in our boots and 35 (UK2) to 42 (UK9) in our shoes.

Some styles are only available in UK sizes 36 (UK3) to 42 (UK9), therefore if you have a particular style in mind we recommend you call ahead on +44 (0)1312 202833 to check availability at the store in your size.

What is your returns policy in this store? 

DUO’s Edinburgh store Returns Policy is different to the returns policy for website or telephone sales; the Edinburgh store offers exchange or credit notes only. Please note that unwanted goods purchased in the Edinburgh store cannot be refunded. Store purchases must be returned to the store only, and cannot be returned via DUO Mail Order. 

Can I order boots / shoes online and collect them in store? 

Yes you can. We would recommend that you call our customer service team on 0845 070 5588 to place your order. Standard shipping is free for full priced products.

You will be notified by telephone once your order is ready for collection in store. This usually takes up to 7 working days from point of order.

I’m planning a visit to one of your stores; can I reserve stock to try on?  

If you are planning to a visit and have a particular style in mind then please telephone us in advance if you would like to reserve an item. Please note that this is dependant on stock availability and at Manager’s discretion. We will put the item to one side taking your name and number with the date of your intended visit. We will only hold items for a limited time and sale items cannot be put on hold.

I am visiting your Edinburgh store. Can I take the boots/ankle boots/shoes away with me on the day? 

Yes, we stock almost the entire range of DUO boots, ankle boots and shoes and aim to have them available in every size in Edinburgh, for you to try and buy. If we do not have the size you require, we are always happy to place your order in-store and you will receive your boots or shoes via mail order.

Standard delivery to any address worldwide is free for full priced products. You can also elect to have them delivered to the Edinburgh store for collection.

For international customers, you can opt to have them delivered internationally to your home address. Worldwide shipping is free for full priced products. If you are located outside of the E.U, you will be exempt from UK VAT. Although please note that import duty may be applicable.

Very occasionally, we have a style on the website that is not available in Edinburgh. If you have a particular style in mind, please call our Edinburgh store in advance so that we can check availability in your size.

I am an international customer visiting your store. Do you offer Tax Free shopping? 

For customers visiting from outside of the E.U, we now offer tax free shopping in stores on all applicable items purchased directly from store. The scheme doesn’t apply to items delivered via our mail order service within the UK. Your order will however be exempt of UK VAT if you opt to have your items delivered outside of the European Union. Worldwide shipping is free for full priced products.
