Yes, simply return the boots or shoes back to us and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
If you ordered online please ensure you return your boots/shoes unworn and undamaged within 10 days of receipt for UK purchases, or within 14 days of receipt for non-UK purchases. On the returns form (the reverse of the receipt in your parcel) mark what size and style you would like to order in exchange. Please follow our ‘Returns’ guidelines in the Delivery & Returns section of this FAQ on how to return the parcel back to us.
Once your return has been received, your exchange will be processed for you. Any difference in price will be automatically debited or credited using your original method of payment. Delivery of the new item to you is free of charge for full priced products.
If you purchased the item from one of our stores, please bring your item and receipt within 14 days and we will be happy to exchange the item in store.

We try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during very busy periods, please allow 10 days for your exchange to be processed. Any difference in price will be automatically debited or credited using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
If your new item is in stock, you will receive it within the usual delivery timescale. You will be notified if your chosen item is out of stock. Please see our 'Delivery‘ section of this FAQ for more information on delivery timescales.
If you would like to receive your new item sooner, you can place a new order online or over the telephone and we can refund you for your returned purchase.
