Visit DUO's London Fitting Room where you will be greeted by our team of fitting experts who will expertly measure your legs, guide you through the full range of calf fitting boots and width fit shoes and find your DUO size.
All DUO shoes and bags can be purchased in-store and taken away immediately from the store, just like any shop. All DUO calf fitting boots can be ordered in-store for delivery to an address of your choice. We’ll place your order online in the store, and deliver in-stock items via our mail order despatch service. A tailored service without the wait, no bulky bags required! Standard worldwide shipping is free for full priced products.

There is no need to book an appointment at our London Fitting Room, please just drop in.
Please allow 30 minutes to benefit from the full Fitting Room experience. In peak periods, from time to time there may be a queue; however we always aim to serve you within the shortest delay possible.
We stock sizes 35 (UK2) to 43 (UK10) in our boots for you to try on and have delivered to an address of your choice, and 35 (UK2) to 42 (UK9) in our shoes, for you try on and take away from the store.
Some styles are only available in UK sizes 36 (UK3) to 42 (UK9), therefore if you have a particular style in mind we recommend you get in touch with our store in advance to check availability if you have a particular style in mind.
We aim to stock the entire DUO calf fitting boots, width fitting ankle boots and width fitting shoes collections in every size in London, available for you to try. Please note that boots are only available for fittings and cannot be taken away on the day. Shoes and ankle boots, on the other hand, can be purchased directly from store.
Very occasionally, we may not stock every single style displayed on the website. If you have a particular style in mind, please get in touch with our store directly in advance so that we can check availability in your size.
For items that have been delivered to you via our mail order service, returns must be posted directly to DUO, Unit 12, Vallis Trading Estate, Robins Lane, Frome, Somerset BA11 3DT. Please follow the instructions on your customer receipt to return your goods to us.
For all products purchased directly from London Fitting Room we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on unsuitable goods returned to us within two weeks of purchase. We do not refund unwanted goods. Store purchases cannot be returned via DUO Mail Order.
Yes you can. We would recommend that you call our customer service team on 0845 070 5588 to place your order. Shipping is free for full priced products.
You will be notified by telephone once your order is ready for collection in store. This usually takes up to 7 working days from point of order.
In our London Fitting Room we will always have fitting stock of our boots for you to try on. If you want to try on your size in a particular style you can always telephone ahead and check we have this available for you to try instore.
If you are looking for shoes or ankle boots then please telephone us in advance if you would like to reserve an item. Please note that this is dependant on stock availability and at Manager’s discretion. We will put the item to one side taking your name and number with the date of your intended visit. We will only hold items for a limited time and sale items cannot be put on hold.

All DUO boots can be ordered in-store. We’ll place your order online in the store, and deliver in-stock items via our mail order despatch service to the address of your choice. Standard delivery to any address worldwide is free for full priced products.
You can also elect to have your items delivered to the London Fitting Room for collection.
For international customers, you can opt to have them delivered internationally to your home address. Worldwide shipping is free for full priced products. If you are located outside of the E.U, you will be exempt from UK VAT. Although please note that import duty may be applicable.

For customers visiting from outside of the E.U, we now offer tax free shopping in stores on all applicable items purchased directly from store. The scheme doesn’t apply to items delivered via our mail order service within the UK. Your order will however be exempt of UK VAT if you opt to have your items delivered outside of the European Union. Worldwide shipping is free for full priced products.
