If your boots or shoes need repairing or maintaining and you purchased them via our Mail Order service, you can return them to us for a repair. We have an excellent cobbler who carries out work to a high standard.

Please note that maintenance repairs will be chargeable.

If your boots or shoes need repairing and you purchased them directly from one of our stores, you can bring them to the store for repair. They will usually be repaired at a cobbler locally but unfortunately, except for minor repairs such as replacing a zip pull, we cannot offer a while-you-wait service in our stores.
