I bought a product from you and paid, and now I see the same product in the sale. Will you refund the difference? ▼

No, unfortunately we cannot do this. Once an item has been ordered the price is fixed for home delivery. 

Is my returns policy the same during the Sale period? ▼

Your online order returns policy always remains the same – within 10 days of receipt for UK purchases, or within 14 days of receipt for non-UK purchases to send the item back unworn in undamaged packaging. Please refer to the Returns section of this FAQ for more information.

The in-store returns policy may vary depending on the Sale period, therefore please check within store.
