I really like these boots, I have a pair in both suede and leather. I have very short legs and these boots come to just below my knee. I have large calves and am so happy to be able to finally wear boots!They are slightly narrow in the foot, so I went up a size. They also have an elongated toe, so if you have large feet this might be an issue. I have a 39cm in the suede and 41cm in leather, as the suede has more stretch.

Standard UK delivery is usually £4.00 (per pair) for shoes and ankle boots, and £5.00 for boots and bags.

Orders of in stock items placed before 1pm on weekdays should arrive within 3-5 working days however please allow up to 7 working days in case of any delays.

NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY

Next Day orders of in stock items placed before 1pm on weekdays are delivered the following working day between 7am – 9pm. (Orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday are despatched on the next working day for delivery the following working day.)

Next Day shipping cost for boots (per pair) and bags is £10

Next Day shipping for shoes and ankle boots (per pair) costs £8
RETURNING AN ITEM

To make returns as easy and cost effective as possible, we have partnered up with one of our carriers to offer a returns service – simply drop your parcel off at a local Collect + store for a fixed price of £3.99* per item/pair.

Alternatively you can return your item via the Post Office. The cost of doing so is borne by you.

You will need to return your item to us within 10 days of receipt for a full refund on the cost of the products or an exchange. Products must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging with the original purchase receipt.
