Flore Tan & Brown: Aniline leather is a type of leather dyed exclusively with water soluble dyes. The resulting product retains the hide's natural surface with the 'grain', i.e. visible pores, scars etc. of the original animal's skin. Any variations on the surface of the leather such as natural blemishes will remain visible. The dyes allow the natural beauty of the leather to show through, but do not protect the leather from damage therefore we highly recommend you polish any aniline leather products with aniline leather cream AND spray them with a protector spray before you wear them and at regular intervals. Aniline cream should be applied to the leather using a soft cloth.

Standard UK delivery is usually £4.00 (per pair) for shoes and ankle boots, and £5.00 for boots and bags.

Orders of in stock items placed before 1pm on weekdays should arrive within 3-5 working days however please allow up to 7 working days in case of any delays.

NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY

Next Day orders of in stock items placed before 1pm on weekdays are delivered the following working day between 7am – 9pm. (Orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday are despatched on the next working day for delivery the following working day.)

RETURNING AN ITEM

To make returns as easy and cost effective as possible, we have partnered up with one of our carriers to offer a returns service – simply drop your parcel off at a local Collect + store for a fixed price of £3.99* per item/pair.

Alternatively you can return your item via the Post Office. The cost of doing so is borne by you.

You will need to return your item to us within 10 days of receipt for a full refund on the cost of the products or an exchange. Products must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging with the original purchase receipt.
