Care Advice

Leather care - to keep your leather DUO boots or shoes looking their best, polish them regularly. Not only will this keep them looking new but it will also protect them against water and scuffing.

Suede care – to keep your suede DUO boots or shoes looking their best please use a suede spray protector before your first wear and at regular intervals. Use a natural suede brush to remove marks.

Narrow and high heels - If you plan to wear narrow heeled boots or shoes regularly, the heel tips should be replaced when they begin to look worn.

Boot trees - will maintain the shape of your boots when not being worn. We've designed two different sizes of DUO boot trees, which will fit all sizes and styles. Remember to add DUO boot trees to your order at the checkout.

We are currently offering free delivery on full price items online (including online orders placed in-store).

Standard UK delivery is usually £4.00 (per pair) for shoes and ankle boots, and £5.00 for boots and bags.

From time to time DUO offer free shipping on promotional items, please refer to the terms of the promotional offer where applicable. Offers will be reflected in your shopping bag once you have set your delivery country.

Orders of in stock items placed before 1pm on weekdays should arrive within 3-5 working days however please allow up to 7 working days in case of any delays.

NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY

Next Day orders of in stock items placed before 1pm on weekdays are delivered the following working day between 7am – 9pm. (Orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday are despatched on the next working day for delivery the following working day.)

Next Day shipping cost for boots (per pair) and bags is £10

Next Day shipping for shoes and ankle boots (per pair) costs £8
RETURNING AN ITEM

To make returns as easy and cost effective as possible, we have partnered up with one of our carriers to offer a returns service – simply drop your parcel off at a local Collect + store for a fixed price of £3.99* per item/pair.

Alternatively you can return your item via the Post Office. The cost of doing so is borne by you.

You will need to return your item to us within 10 days of receipt for a full refund on the cost of the products or an exchange. Products must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging with the original purchase receipt.

These boots fell apart after a few months of wearing them. The suede material just came away. Very poor considering the cost of them. I have been a customer for years but am starting to look elsewhere as their customer service also leaves a lot to be desired.
