I just wanted to say that I placed an order over the phone today. The young lady that took the call was lovely...she was pleasant, and friendly and very efficient. I realised after coming off the phone that each time I have ordered the girls have always been absolute stars, and thought it would be nice to write and tell you so :)

I am from Ireland, but was visiting Manchester and came upon the Duo Store. I have to say that the range of boots that you have is second to none and your staff are more than helpful. I bought a pair of over the knee brown riding boots and they look fabulous. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price. I have never been able to fit standard zip up leather boots so have been disappointed each season until now. The staff provided me with my measurements so I will be back via this website!

I am over the moon with my purchase from Duo!! I have struggled in the past to find stylish boots to fit narrow calves but I will never shop anywhere else again!! The boots I ordered arrived in just a few days are so comfy, fit perfectly and are the envy of all my friends!

Just like to say what a great service you are providing for Large calf ladies around the world!. I receive my second pair of boots today and they are as good as the first. I ordered black Toledo boots a few months ago and was very impressed so I thought a brown pair would be great as well, as before they arrived to Western Australia in 6 days after ordering. I have been telling all my friends what a great shop you have Thanks heaps!!

I'm so very happy with duo boots; I really need to tell you!
Two years ago I bought my first pair of boots, at the moment I do have 5 pairs. In the last 2 years I lost 50 kg, so my calves slimmed from 45cm to 39cm. of course all my boots are too wide at the moment but I'm sure I can do someone a big pleasure. For me……I need to buy new boots, such a disaster…….. (giggle giggle). I noticed the beautiful purple boots, I certainly will orders those. It’s such a luxury that you can actually order costumer shape boots, who will fit my new calves.
I also discovered the shoes; I ordered 3 pairs the last month! They're really a pleasure for the eye and very comfy too. I will definitely order more. I always receive compliments and everybody ask where I got them. No need to tell you I really am your best promoter here in the very north of Holland. And I do like the new Cecile green, I think I order them as well………….. Thanks very much and I hope you will remain very many years!!

This is the first time in my grown up life I can wear a pair of boots, so I am so glad that I find your shop!!! I am going to look as smart as everyone else this autumn.

I love DUO!! The prices are no more expensive than buying good quality boots here in Canada, but I can get my width ordered precisely, and although they come from England they arrive so quickly!! I love having unique perfect fitting boots. I have ordered at least 6 pairs so far & look forward to seeing the fall '09 collection. I also ordered the Liberty Sunflower shoes, which were absolutely adorable and I get many compliments on.

I have just received my 1st pair of Duo boots and oh my God they are heavenly. I have always struggled to find boots as my legs are so slim but I know have the perfect fit! Your delivery service was also fantastic, I placed my order on Saturday and received my boots on Wednesday. Thank you so much for supplying these much loved boots, I am sure I will be returning to your services for years to come. :-)

I received my boots 3 days after ordering them. I'm in New Zealand. What excellent fast service and the boots are fantastic everything I have been looking for in a boot. I have huge calves and have never been able to find boots that fit. Thank you Duo. Thank you so much they are just divine.

I love your boots in Autumn and Winter the range is varied, elegant, rustic, urban, chic lots of options and I will keep coming back because not only do they look good they are well made, beautifully packaged with brilliant in store staff and on-line service. I just had to get in touch to say how impressed I am with Duo boots. I ordered on line late on Friday night and the boots were on my doorstep 7am the following Tuesday. And I'm in Australia! The boots are so beautiful and fit like a glove. I've always wanted knee high boots but could never get them to fit my chunky calves. The service and price were exceptional, surpassing anything similar here in Australia, and I will be recommending you to all my friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Can't believe it!! My long boots arrived today and they are beautiful. Honestly, it took less time to be sent to Western Australia than items from our own country. What service you have. Best of all they fit me so well and are well made. I was beginning to think that wide calf people aren’t entitled to wear long fashionable boots until I found your website. I won't hesitate to recommend Duo to anyone Five stars Duo!!

My boots arrived unexpectedly quickly to Australia. I just had to tell you that not only do they fit perfectly, but the quality of the leather and workmanship is outstanding. I have purchased other wide calf boots before, but you put the others to shame in terms of service, quality, price and choice. I will recommend you heartily to all my friends! I'd just like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Duo. I went into your London fitting room on Wednesday morning, and was out 20 minutes later having tried on and ordered a fantastic pair of boots. The service was incredible and I'm very pleased to say my boots arrived this morning, just two days later! This is the first time I've ever been able to do up a pair of knee high boots- let alone wear them over jeans. So thank you!

I have just received my first pair of Duo shoes...the pink Clementine style. I just have to let you know that they are the most beautiful pair of shoes I have ever seen....thank-you. I have never understood some women's fascination with shoes as I have always struggled to find gorgeous shoes that are comfortable for my very wide feet. These shoes have converted me...I cannot stop looking at them...they are so so beautiful and so so comfy too! Had to let you know! Please design more shoes similar in style to these...I am in LOVE!

I love love love DUO boots! I had given up on ever finding boots that fit my skinny bird legs, and then I discovered your company. Initially I was a bit nervous about ordering online, since I have such a hard time finding shoes/boots that fit (my feet are also on the narrow side), but the first pair I ordered fit very well. I now have three pairs. I also appreciate the great customer service. I only wish you had a store in the U.S.!

3 days to Australia!! What can I say!! I ordered my boots on the Friday and received them Monday afternoon! The boots are gorgeous, and for the first time in my entire life I was able to zip up a boot further than my ankles and not curse my genetics!!! Thank you so very, very much, I am one very happy lady!!!

I bought my first pair of shoes from Duo a few weeks ago for a wedding. They look stunning and fit beautifully! (A tricky thing considering my wide feet) The order arrived in super quick time and the shoes were really well packaged. And I have now had more comments about these shoes than any other. I will recommend you to anyone, and am saving up to buy some boots soon!

Thank you very much for Duo to exist and having so nice sales ladies. I have been on Savile Row store and got so much help and attention from serving me lady that I left the store with 3 pair of shoes. It was not easy job but she has tried very hard to please me and put her heart to it. Her name is Gemma Field. I love the shoes and please make more for us with wider feet. All the best for DUO.

I visited your London fitting room today and was looked after extremely well by Zoe, who helped me try on endless permutations of sizes and widths until we got it just right. She did an excellent job, was very friendly and patient, and I have now bought two pairs of shoes online (which I know will fit beautifully and look great). Many thanks to Zoe.

I just wanted to say how much I love my Duo boots (I have 4 pair (3 from last year and one from this season). I live in New York City and have never been able to find such great boots that fit my calves. People stop me on the street all the time to ask me where I got my boots (your Odessa style from last year gets compliments every time I wear them). People are usually disappointed that they can't just walk into a shop here and buy a pair. If you ever consider expanding - make New York your first stop - there is not nearly enough selection here and your boots are truly fabulous.
