I received my Duo boots today, after only a few days waiting. I am so pleased with them. They are just what I needed and wanted. No more running after right sized boots.

Just to thank you for such fantastic service! I ordered my boots on Saturday afternoon using the Express Delivery Service. Due to the weather conditions I didn't expect to receive them so quickly, I would have been happy just to receive them before Christmas. They arrived this morning at 8.00am!!! Fantastic service and fantastic boots!

Boots arrived exactly as mentioned and I'm delighted with them. Feel a bit down at present as have chest infection and their arrival cheered me up no end. This is my second pair from your company and even though I love my other pair (Bern black leather), the Wisteria boots seem to come up slightly smaller which is good news for me as my shoe size is really 34. Thanks again. Have added a short review on your site.

My boots arrived today. I opened the box excitedly but scared I’d be disappointed. I loved the look of them, exactly as pictured on your site. But when I slipped them on it was unbelievable. For the first time ever I have footwear that fit like a dream. I don't think I’ve ever put my feet into something so well fitting and they zip all the way up my leg without pinching or straining. I've been looking at your site for over a year wrestling with spending so much on myself, but I can honestly say they are worth every penny. I can't tell you how thrilled I am. I'll be wearing them to work tomorrow and may never take them off!!! Thank you for an excellent service and product.

Just thought I'd email and let you know how happy I am with the fantastic boots that I ordered recently! I thought the service was impeccable from start to finish. My parcel even arrived to me in Australia in 4 days!!

I have just received my boots (which I love!) in less than two business days since I ordered them. Unbelievable! I can't get things sent to me within New Zealand in that short a time. So a big congratulations to the Duo team. Top customer service, lightning fast delivery and a quality product that will last!

My husband and I have just returned to our home in Leicestershire after a trip to Bath for the express purpose of visiting your shop, in the hope of purchasing my Christmas present! I had reserved two pairs of boots and was looking forward to trying them on. I have skinny calves and although I have friends who are envious of my long slim legs, they fail to appreciate the problems I have trying to find boots that don't flap about like a pair of wellies!!! Imagine my delight then, to find that along with the two pairs that I had reserved, I tried four more different styles and every one fitted my legs like a glove! I was served by a delightful young lady called Kate, who had boundless patience, and I bought two beautiful pairs of boots, taking the details of a third. However, after lunch, we decided that after making such a long journey, it would be silly to return home without the third pair and so when I returned to the shop to collect my boots, I came away with three pairs, not two! The whole experience was wonderful - and I KNOW that the wearing will be too!! Thank you SO much for boots that fit.
