I love your boots in Autumn and Winter the range is varied, elegant, rustic, urban, chic lots of options and I will keep coming back because not only do they look good they are well made, beautifully packaged with brilliant in store staff and on-line service. I have already placed my review on your website, and have also been passing on the website to my many friends who have admired my boots. I have hardly taken them off since I got them, as they are the first pair of boots I have ever found which fit so beautifully and look so good! I was impressed by the service level provided at your shop in Bath when my wife and I visited it. They seem to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I also like the merchandising and overall feel of the shop.

Just to say a big 'thank you' for my lovely boots. They are the best fitting, comfiest boots I have ever worn. I will use your site in future to purchase all my boots - as I know my daughter will in the future as she is only 14yrs old and she takes size 8 already.

You might be pleased to know that your shop was recommended to me by Good Housekeeping magazine. I wrote to them asking if they know about shops that sell my unusual size 3/ 24cm width and they said Duo is the one. I am already your customer and it looks like there is no other! First of all, my boots arrived today and they are fantastic! Thank you so much -- it is the first time in my life I've had boots that fit my calves properly, and I'm delighted. The parcel arrived this morning in spite of the snow – thanks the efficiency of service & clear tracking system by Royal mail! I am really pleased with my first purchase with Duo and the boots fitted perfectly – length, calf, foot size and quality for the price is within my expectations! All these certainly will make me want to purchase online with your shop again for another pair and recommend to my friends!

Just had to email to say how delighted I was to receive gorgeous boots that I only ordered 2 days previous. With all the snow, I didn't expect to see them for about a week. They fit like the proverbial glove and look beautiful on. Thank you again for great service and beautiful boots. I have now just ordered the black leather Genova!

O my goodness.... Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have not bought myself a pair of boots in years and the reason is that I take a size 8, and because of my size, these shops expect your calves to also be big. I was giving up on getting boots this year when I went on the internet, and put in boots for small calves, and Duo came up. I ordered a pair of boos and when they came, I could not believe it, they fitted my skinny little calves. The colour, the height, the fit..... What can I say, but perfect, perfect, perfect. I can wear them with a skirt and not hide them under a pair of trousers or jeans. Thank you Duo, you have made me a very happy woman this year.

I ordered my boots on Monday and they arrived today, Wednesday. They are beautiful. I have never had such a good fit in boots and the quality is great too. I shall be returning to Duo boots for another pair very soon. Thank you.

Yesterday my daughter and I made a journey to your Bath shop for the first time, both of us having wider feet and calves. I also have the added complication of arthritis. We were served by Kate who showed much patience to and froing with boots and shoes. We left the shop with 3 pairs of boots between us and a pair of shoes each. After awful visits to other shoe shops leaving with nothing or shoes we will never wear it was a revelation! Many thanks must go to Kate for her customer service and we will certainly be calling on you in the future. Thank you for a successful shopping trip and a pair of T-bar shoes to die for!
