I received my boots a couple of days after I ordered them...amazing seeing they had to be delivered to Australia. The boots are lovely quality, a great fit and a much better priced than boots here. Thank you!

I am so happy to have found your website; you have ended 10 years of searching & frustration for me. My beautifully made Beech boots are perfect & less than a week delivery to Australia, what more can you ask for. This definitely is the beginning of a long & wonderful relationship!

Good morning Duo, I was looking for somewhere to leave feedback, but couldn't find anywhere.
I just have to say how fantastic my boots are. I've always struggled to find ones that fit - I purchased 2 pairs from you and they fit like a glove.
I ordered them on Thursday and received them on Monday - in Australia! I couldn't believe it. I'm so happy, that I've ordered another pair today and I've been raving about them to all my work mates. Thank you for making such wonderful products!! A very happy customer.

Just received my Potenza boots and am SO HAPPY. They fit perfectly - and can just see they are going to be a winter favourite. Plus the delivery time to New Zealand was awesome.

Hello. Thank you for the quick delivery of my boots. It was 35 degrees here today in Melbourne and all I can say is I bloody love these boots! Bring on Autumn/Winter so I can wear them!

WOW! Thanks for your very helpful information helping me choose the right boot for me. These are perfect and ever so comfortable. I will be buying another pair in the future and even though you have a large range could I suggest maybe adding a few more colours to some of the styles. Thanks once again

Hi, just wanted to leave feedback re-your customer service. It was fantastic I have never dealt with a company that is so helpful the boots are fab too!!! Will shop with you again. The lady I dealt with was Julie Hawley a real gem.

I have just ordered my second pair of boots from you. I just want to say that you are about the only place where I can find boots to fit my calves. I have had endless shopping trips looking for boots which end in tears because the High Street shop boots simply are too wide. They seem to be getting worse each year. It's just a message to say big thanks for your service, I don't know what I'd do without you.

I am very impressed. I ordered the Kew boots on Sunday afternoon and less than 48 hours later I had received them at my farm which is 60kms. Inland from Valencia, Spain, very off the beaten track!
This is the second pair of Kew boots I have bought from you, I had the tan ones last season and they are so comfortable that I have repeated with the black ones.

My boots arrived today. I opened the box excitedly but scared I’d be disappointed. I loved the look of them, exactly as pictured on your site. But when I slipped them on it was unbelievable. For the first time ever I have footwear that fit like a dream. I don't think I’ve ever put my feet into something so well fitting and they zip all the way up my leg without pinching or straining. I've been looking at your site for over a year wrestling with spending so much on myself, but I can honestly say they are worth every penny. I can't tell you how thrilled I am. I'll be wearing them to work tomorrow and may never take them off!!! Thank you for an excellent service and product.
