The parcel arrived this morning in spite of the snow – thanks the efficiency of service & clear tracking system by Royal mail! I am really pleased with my first purchase with Duo and the boots fitted perfectly – length, calf, foot size and quality for the price is within my expectations! All these certainly will make me want to purchase online with your shop again for another pair and recommend to my friends!

Just had to email to say how delighted I was to receive gorgeous boots that I only ordered 2 days previous. With all the snow, I didn't expect to see them for about a week. They fit like the proverbial glove and look beautiful on. Thank you again for great service and beautiful boots. I have now just ordered the black leather Genova!

O my goodness.... Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have not bought myself a pair of boots in years and the reason is that I take a size 8, and because of my size, these shops expect your calves to also be big. I was giving up on getting boots this year when I went on the internet, and put in boots for small calves, and Duo came up. I ordered a pair of boos and when they came, I could not believe it, they fitted my skinny little calves. The colour, the height, the fit..... What can I say, but perfect, perfect, perfect. I can wear them with a skirt and not hide them under a pair of trousers or jeans. Thank you Duo, you have made me a very happy woman this year.

I ordered my boots on Monday and they arrived today, Wednesday. They are beautiful. I have never had such a good fit in boots and the quality is great too. I shall be returning to Duo boots for another pair very soon. Thank you.

I got my new boots today, and they fitted correctly :) Thank you so much for great service, I am sure I will order new boots from DUO also in the future, I now have 3 pairs, and I am really satisfied with them all.

I love, Love, LOVE your boots! I don’t mind having to wait whilst they fly over to me in the states, because I know how wonderful they will be! It is hard to find good quality boots here, that fit a variety of calves. Thanks for making boots that fit!

I bought a pair of Florence boots a few weeks ago and LOVE them. Have probably worn them every day since. They are the an amazing fit and go with everything. Have just ordered 2 more pairs

Brilliant!! Just wanted to say thank you for the first pair of boots that had that actually fit! Delivery was really quick, I ordered my boots on Friday and they arrived Monday morning - just in time for me to wear them to work. Very pleased with them. Wish I’d known about DUO boots before, already recommended you to work colleagues.

I have just received my first pair of duo boots and I totally love them. I have such skinny legs I didn't think I could ever get boots to fit me properly. The quality is fantastic, the leather is so soft and I love the design on the sole. I have found my one-stop-shop for boots. Thank you!

Hi Duo, my boots arrived at noon today and both pairs are absolutely fabulous! I cannot believe that BOTH pairs fit so well - such gorgeous leather too. Usually boots are way too wide around the calf and the Toledo fit like a glove! Thank you so much for such a marvellous service... ordered yesterday - arrived today

I just wanted to thank you for my lovely new boots. I ordered them on Tuesday and received them in Ireland today, Thursday. I am absolutely delighted with them. They seem to be very well made and are gorgeous and best of all; they fit!! I had heard about your website on various TV programmes, but I must admit I was still sceptical that the boots would actually fit even as I clicked on the "purchase" button. But they are perfect. I will definitely be back for more.

I just received my DUO Boots and I absolutely LOVE them!! They fit perfectly and they are even more beautiful in person than online. I ordered on Sunday and got them on Tuesday (that's ONE business day). Did I mention that I'm in Canada?!? I am absolutely delighted with my recent purchase. After trawling the high street for wide fitting boots without success, Duo was my final port of call. I can honestly say that this pair of boots are the most comfortable pair I've ever worn. I'm a teacher and on my feet all day, and these boots are wonderfully comfortable yet stylish. I am from Ireland, but was visiting Manchester and came upon the Duo Store. I have to say that the range of boots that you have is second to none and your staff are more than helpful. I bought a pair of over the knee brown riding boots and they look fabulous. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price. I have never been able to fit standard zip up leather boots so have been disappointed each season until now. The staff provided me with my measurements so I will be back via this website!

I am over the moon with my purchase from Duo!! I have struggled in the past to find stylish boots to fit narrow calves but I will never shop anywhere else again!! The boots I ordered arrived in just a few days are so comfy, fit perfectly and are the envy of all my friends!
