I am delighted with my boots, thank you so much for super fast delivery, thank you thank you thank you.

Just a quick note to thank you so much for my beautiful shoes that arrived this morning - and I only ordered them yesterday! What a relief to wear a comfortable shoe at last, without it being a 'granny' style.

I was in your store in Manchester for the first time on Saturday afternoon and I wanted to let you know how helpful and friendly your staff were.  I don't really like shoe shops, but your staff - particularly the one who served me (according to the receipt her name was Jennifer) was particularly helpful.  She didn't hassle me and when I asked for help, she made sensible suggestions that were so accurate and appropriate and her sizing knowledge was right, so I bought the first pair she brought out.  She also didn't try to sell me the most expensive boots but the most appropriate, which means that now I want to go back and buy another pair!  Please can you thank her for her patience.

Oh my goodness!!  I have just been looking through your new range of boots and there are so many I like.  The designs just seem to get better and better and so much choice.  How do you do it?.  I will definitely have to start saving the pennies if I want to treat myself.  I'm really excited!

Thank you for the prompt delivery of my catalogue. It arrived on Thursday and visited your Bath shop on Saturday as a result!  I am now the very proud owner of three(!) pairs of absolutely fantastic boots.
My fitting angel, Kate, worked tirelessly with understanding and patience to help me get perfectly fitting boots. It was quite delightful to have her attention.

I just wanted to say that I've received my boots and am very well chuffed with them.  I will now be prancing about in my very pretty knee-high boots in the ever-so warm (total understatement) climate of the U.A.E, breaking them in.

I ordered my boots on Friday - and I am wearing them today- Wednesday!! - IN NEW ZEALAND!!!
I have spent the morning raving about my boots and the service - expect a few orders from Wellington in the next few days!!!

First of all, you guys ROCK! You have profoundly changed my fashion life for the better - no really - I never could wear cool boots before because I was once an inch off of standard calf sizes here in the US. Now I have three pairs of Duos, with two more on the way! Not only do they fit, but they are super chic and very comfortable - which is key, considering I live in NYC and walk everywhere! Thanks so much for providing such an important foundation piece in every women's wardrobe. . . the almighty boot.
