A lovely looking pair of boots, warm and comfortable but the suede tore the second time I used them. This was the area of the boot that could be folded down but I won't be able to do this now they are torn. I don't have the time to return them.

The boots arrived a shoe size too big, so I was initially upset, but when I tried them on they were perfect, so I can only assume Duo did this on purpose. The fit and quality is excellent & I love them.

I fell in love when I saw these boots online. But in person they are just ok. If I had tried them on in a store I would have passed. If Duo was in the US I would have returned them. Second time wearing them the front seam ripped. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Yet another fab pair of boots from DUO. I tried on several pairs recently but they didn't have this style in my size, however, the girl in your shop got my calf size spot on and they are an excellent fit, very pleased indeed.
