In stock goods are delivered within 5 working days of the date we receive your order.
A signature will be required upon receipt; it is therefore not possible to deliver goods to PO boxes or packing stations.
We will always insure your ordered items for shipping and each product you order is individually packaged, therefore shipping costs are applicable per item.
Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Returns
If you wish to return your purchase please post it back to us within 10 days of receipt for a full refund on the cost of the products or an exchange.
Products must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging with the original purchase receipt. Please note that the cost of returning goods to DUO is borne by you.
For customers based in mainland UK, we have introduced a new service, Collect+*, that allows you to return your boots or shoes to us for a fixed price of £3.99 offering you an easy and competitively priced alternative to Royal Mail. *UK only.
Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels at over 3,500 local stores, most open early until late, 7 days a week. To find your nearest Collect+ store, visit the Collect+ website www.collectplus.co.uk.

*The Collect+ service is available to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight. For other UK locations, you can return your item with Royal Mail or another carrier.
For customers based outside of the UK, we offer a collection service with our preferred carrier at a very competitive price. Please refer to the instructions included in your parcel for more information on how to book a collection. Alternatively, read our FAQs about this service.
We try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during very busy periods, please allow 10 days for your exchange or refund to be processed. We will always refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
There are full instructions on how to return your goods on the reverse of your purchase receipt, which will arrive with your products.
