How will my DUOs be sent to me?

For deliveries to the UK you may select between 'Standard’ and 'Express' options. Set your choice in the Shopping Bag.

Standard delivery orders to the UK
In stock goods are delivered within 7 working days of the date we receive your order. You will have the option to request that your package is left with a neighbour or in a safe place if no one is available at your address to accept the parcel. Please note the specified safe place must be within 100 metres of the delivery address and once the item has been delivered to the safe place, it is no longer covered by Royal Mail's insurance and is therefore your responsibility. If no safe place is specified and if there is no reply when Royal Mail deliver your parcel, a card will be left and the parcel will be returned to your local delivery office for you to collect.

Boot Trees are free of charge to deliver within the UK, and are sent on a 1st class recorded service. If they are in stock, boot trees are delivered within 5 – 7 working days. A signature is required on receipt. We are sorry to say that boot trees are not yet available for delivery outside of the UK, and cannot be delivered to BFPO addresses.  Please note any Safeplace message left for any other items in your order, will not apply to boot trees, as they are sent on a 1st class recorded service.

Express delivery orders to the UK (24 hour delivery)
BOOTS (per pair) @ £10.00 (UK only)
SHOES (per pair) or HANDBAGS @ £8.00 (UK only)

You will have the option to switch to Express delivery in your Shopping Bag. In stock express orders received by us before 12:00 noon are delivered before 1:00pm the following working day. Orders received on a Friday by 12:00 noon are guaranteed to arrive by 1:00pm the following working day.

Orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday are despatched on the next working day for delivery before 1:00pm the following working day. Packages will require a signature upon receipt. Please note this service is not available to BFPO delivery addresses. Boot Trees cannot be sent via Express Delivery.

Returns

If I want to return something I have purchased from DUO, what do I need to know?
We work our socks off to get the right fitting pair of shoes or boots to you first time. However, if you wish to return them, please post them back to us within 10 days of receipt for a full refund on the cost of the products or an exchange. Products must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging with the original purchase receipt.

We try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during very busy periods, please allow 10 days for your exchange or refund to be processed. We will always refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

There are full instructions on how to return your goods on the reverse of your purchase receipt, which will arrive with your products.
