DUO’s Edinburgh shop ‘Returns Policy’ is different to the Mail Order returns policy; we offer exchange or credit notes only. Please note that unwanted goods purchased in the Edinburgh Shop cannot be refunded. Shop purchases must be returned to the shop only, and cannot be returned via DUO Mail Order.
