Graphic Design Internship

Temporary paid internship for 6 week period full time or longer part-time. This role provides an opportunity for a Graphic Design/ Visual Communication graduate* to assist the Senior Graphic Designer, Web Designer and Brand Manager at DUO with graphic design and administration tasks. You must be proficient in Mac Design programs: Photoshop, In-Design, Illustrator.

The role is heavily biased more towards graphic design, but applicants must be prepared to get involved in any job the marketing department need help with on a day to day basis. NEW Web Designer

Responsible for:

• Creating engaging online brand-led designs which are focused on converting browsers to buyers and utilise current web best practice, under the guidance of the Online Conversion Manager.
• Creating, managing and uploading of designed web assets across DUO’s online channels, including DUO’s e-commerce websites, DUO’s Facebook pages, the DUO blog, and other external sites.
• Working with DUO’s web developers to develop first class web experiences for DUO customers, acting as front-end designer, specifying and managing design implementation work and always ensuring the highest quality experience for web customers.
• Supporting the Senior Designer and Brand Manager in creation of ad hoc brand-led design work for both print and online.
