1. Suede protector should be used before the boots are worn and at then applied at regular intervals.
2. Always allow the boots to dry naturally away from direct heat sources.
3. Use a suede brush to restore the nap and gently remove any marks.

Suede care – to keep your suede DUO boots or shoes looking their best please use a suede spray protector before your first wear and at regular intervals. Use a natural suede brush to remove marks.

Narrow and high heels - If you plan to wear narrow heeled boots or shoes regularly, the heel tips should be replaced when they begin to look worn.

We work our socks off to get the right fitting pair of shoes or boots to you first time. If for any reason you want to return or exchange your DUO goods, please do so within ten days of receipt. Full instructions on how to return your goods are printed on your purchase receipt.
