Very disappointed

Didn't fit at all, not the usual Duo standard at all. Return postage rather steep. I would like to try different styles but just the cost of sending for one pair costs £10 in postage (return) which makes the boots very expensive.

these boots looked fab! but when they were on my feet the pointy toes were so long that I kept tripping over them. the fit was fine, just the length was a problem. had to return.

I have these in black patent and EVERY time I were them, I get positive comments. I would have ordered another pair in suede but my size is out of stock - please continue this model and add colours - perfect low heal boot!

Odessa is an understated kitten heel boot with stitching detail and softly pointed toe. This style is front seamed for neat and flattering fit.

Care Advice

Suede care – to keep your suede DUO boots or shoes looking their best please use a suede spray protector before your first wear and at regular intervals. Use a natural suede brush to remove marks.

Boot trees - will maintain the shape of your boots when not being worn. We've designed two different sizes of DUO boot trees, which will fit all sizes and styles. Remember to add DUO boot trees to your order at the checkout.

Standard delivery orders to the UK
In stock goods are delivered within 7 working days of the date we receive your order. You will have the option to request that your package is left with a neighbour or in a safe place in your absence.

Boot Trees are free of charge to deliver within the UK, and are sent on a 1st class recorded service. If they are in stock, boot trees are delivered within 5 – 7 working days.

Express delivery orders to the UK
You will have the option to switch to Express delivery in your Shopping Bag. In stock express orders received by us before 12:00 noon are delivered before 1:00pm the following day. Orders received on a Friday by 12:00 noon are guaranteed to arrive by 1:00pm the following Monday.

Orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday are despatched on the next working day for delivery before 1:00pm the following day. Packages will require a signature upon receipt. Please note this service is not available to BFPO delivery addresses. Boot Trees cannot be sent via Express Delivery.

We work our socks off to get the right fitting pair of shoes or boots to you first time. If for any reason you want to return or exchange your DUO goods, please do so within ten days of receipt. Full instructions on how to return your goods are printed on your purchase receipt.
