Care Advice

Leather care - to keep your leather DUO boots or shoes looking their best, polish them regularly. Not only will this keep them looking new but it will also protect them against water and scuffing.

Suede care – to keep your suede DUO boots or shoes looking their best please use a suede spray protector before your first wear and at regular intervals. Use a natural suede brush to remove marks.

Narrow and high heels - If you plan to wear narrow heeled boots or shoes regularly, the heel tips should be replaced when they begin to look worn.

Boot trees - will maintain the shape of your boots when not being worn. We've designed two different sizes of DUO boot trees, which will fit all sizes and styles. Remember to add DUO boot trees to your order at the checkout.

Standard delivery orders to the UK
In stock goods are delivered within 7 working days of the date we receive your order. If you are not in when the courier tries to deliver your parcel, delivery will be attempted with a neighbour, or left in a secure safeplace. If this is not possible, a calling card will be left, for you to re-arrange a convenient delivery time. There is also the option for you to specify your own delivery instructions to give to the courier, such as a preferred neighbour or safeplace location. A neighbour will be tried as a first point of call. Please note the specified safe place must be within 100 metres of the delivery address and once the item has been delivered to the safe place, it is no longer covered by the carrier’s insurance and is therefore your responsibility.

Boot Trees are free of charge to deliver within the UK. If they are in stock, boot trees are delivered within 5 – 7 working days. We are sorry to say that boot trees are not yet available for delivery outside of the UK, and cannot be delivered to BFPO addresses.

Please note this service is not available to BFPO delivery addresses. Boot Trees cannot be sent via Express Delivery.

We work our socks off to get the right fitting pair of shoes or boots to you first time. If for any reason you want to return or exchange your DUO goods, please do so within ten days of receipt. Full instructions on how to return your goods are printed on your purchase receipt.

Please note that the cost of returning goods to DUO is borne by you, and everything must be returned unworn and undamaged in the original packaging with the original purchase receipt. For more boring but essential information please read our returns and refund policy.
