DUO’s flagship boutique is in the beautiful World Heritage City of Bath. The shop is situated on Milsom Street, right in the heart of Bath’s buzzing shopping district. 

At the DUO Bath shop we aim to stock the entire DUO range in every size, available for you to try and buy. However, particularly during sale periods, the Bath shop may not stock all styles which are displayed on this website. If you have a particular style in mind, please call us in advance so that we can check availability in your size. 

DUO’s Bath shop also sells a hand-picked selection of beautiful boots, bags and belts sourced direct from small independent factories around the world.

Bath Shop Returns Policy
DUO’s Bath shop ‘Returns Policy’ is different to the Mail Order returns policy; we offer exchange or credit notes only. Please note that unwanted goods purchased in the Bath Shop cannot be refunded. Shop purchases must be returned to the shop only, and cannot be returned via DUO Mail Order.

DUO'S FITTING ROOMS - how does it all work? 

Visit any DUO Fitting Room where you will be greeted by our team of Fitting Angels who will expertly measure your legs, guide you through the full range of calf fitting boots and width fit shoes and find your DUO size.

All DUO shoes and bags can be purchased in-store, just like any shop. All DUO boots can be ordered in-store. We’ll place your order online in the store, and deliver in-stock items via our mail order despatch service. A tailored service without the wait, no bulky bags required! You can choose between 'Next day' express delivery if you order before 12 noon, or UK standard delivery which will take up to 7 days. See below for our Fitting Room returns policy.

There is no need to book an appointment at any of our fitting rooms, just drop in – we look forward to seeing you soon.

DUO Fitting Rooms Returns Policy
DUO's Fitting Rooms are unable to accept postal returns. All returns must be posted directly to DUO, Unit 12, Vallis Trading Estate, Robins Lane, Frome, Somerset BA11 3DT. Please follow the instructions on your customer receipt to return your goods to us.

For all products purchased directly from a Fitting Room we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on unsuitable goods returned to us within two weeks of purchase. We do not refund unwanted goods. Shop purchases cannot be returned via DUO Mail Order.

DUO EUROPE Fitting Rooms Returns Policy
DUO's Fitting Rooms are unable to accept postal returns. All returns must be posted directly to our warehouse at: DUO, Keulschevaart 24-52, 3621 MX Breukelen, The Netherlands. Please follow the instructions on your customer receipt to return your goods to us.

For all products purchased directly from a Fitting Room we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on unsuitable goods returned to us within two weeks of purchase. We do not refund unwanted goods. Shop purchases cannot be returned via DUO Mail Order.
