Will I still receive my refund/order?
It is business as usual we will still process all refunds/orders as usual.
Can I still use my Gift Vouchers?
Gift Vouchers can of course still be used on all of our products.
Can I buy Gift Vouchers?
At this moment we are unable to issue any Gift Vouchers, orders of course can still be placed as normal.
Why have you gone into Administration?
Unfortunately, following a period of weak trading the business entered administration on the 27th of February 2020. It is however, still business as usual going forward while we seek a buyer.
I would like to place an order with you but I am worried that if I need to return my order that I will not receive a refund/exchange.
I can assure you that it is business as usual going forward and you can place your order with us as normal.
