How do I return my item?

Return your item with Collect+ for just £4.49

DuoBoots have partnered with Collect+ to offer you a competitively priced and convenient way to return your boots. There are over 7,000 local convenience stores, most of which are open early until late, 7 days a week.

  1. Complete the back of your returns note and enclose it in your parcel.
  2. Go to Collect+ and order a returns label*

  3. Print the label and attach it to your parcel, covering or removing the original address label.
  4. Drop it off at your chosen local store offering the collect+ service.
  5. Keep your receipt and track your parcel online.

* The maximum parcel size is 60cm x 50cm x 50cm (enough to fit up to 2 pairs of knee high boots).

Can I exchange my order?

Unfortunately we can't exchange your return for another item, but if you’d like to try an alternative style or size we recommend that you place a new order online for the item(s) you require. If you need help with ordering an alternative pair, get in touch with our Customer Care Team on contactus@duoboots.com or call on 0330 100 3455.

How long will it take to process my return and receive my refund?

Your return with Collect+ will take up to 5 working days, alternative providers may vary. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed by our team as quickly as possible and usually within 72 hours. Funds can then take 3 to 5 working days to clear in your account, however please allow up to 10 working days.

If you use an alternative service to return your boots to us, please use a traceable and insured service as DuoBoots cannot accept responsibility for lost packages.

If you pay a delivery charge, and the goods were delivered to a destination within the European Union, if you cancel your whole order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, we will refund the Standard delivery cost. If you pay for an upgraded delivery, we will only refund the cost of Standard delivery.

Extended Returns Policy for Christmas gifts

All DuoBoots purchases made for gifts during the period from 12th November 2018 to the 25th December 2018 inclusive may be returned, for a refund or replacement, at any time before 21st January 2019.

Channel Islands/ UK Customers without access to Collect+

We advise you to use an insured and traceable service to return your goods.
